Most of our items are shipped on the same day - or the next business day - after we receive your order.

Transit times will vary but typically will not exceed 7 business days from the date your order ships. Depending on your location, some transit times can be as short as one or two business days.

However, some items may take longer and we recommend that you contact us by phone or email for any time-sensitive orders like birthday and anniversary gifts.

Due to our high volume and many variables, our inventory changes throughout the day so we are unable to provide automated responses as to when an item will ship.

However, we have customer service professionals available by phone or email to confirm the status of your order and its shipping details.

We also make it a point to contact customers immediately (same or next business day after receipt of order) by phone and email if an item looks like it won't ship promptly.

Regular Shipping Charges and any applicable taxes are automatically added to your Shopping Cart after you enter your "ship to" address and prior to your entering your credit card information.

For large, bulky and oversized items - additional charges may apply. If an adjustment is required, we'll call you and/or e-mail you a confirmation which includes the revised shipping costs and Grand Total. Your credit card will not be charged until you have accepted the new total.



RetroRadioZone ships throughout the United States.

Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground. We also may use Priority Mail & FedEx. Some items require Overnight Delivery or Second Day Air Delivery.

Orders outside of the Continental United States are shipped by UPS or FedEx Second Day Air - in some cases costs are very high. Overnight, Second Day & Three Day Air Delivery are at your option (except as noted herein) and incur a surcharge. You must call us for a quote.

For International Shipments:
Please email our customer service department for specific quotes and include the exact street address, postal code, county & country you want us to ship to (Cities alone are not enough.)

Shipping Charges
All shipping charges apply per shipping address. Each item has a unique shipping and handling cost. You can determine the s&h cost by "adding the item to the Shopping Cart" and then proceeding to "Checkout". Enter your "Ship To" information and Click on checkout. You do not need to use your credit card until you have seen and approved the total. The next screen will show you the total cost of the item, the s&h costs and taxes (applicable to shipments made in California). Some items have "Free Shipping" These are marked accordingly.

Shipping Options:

Standard Delivery: UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.

Overnight Delivery: additional charges (to the Standard Delivery Charge) per shipping address apply. Not available on Saturdays. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.

Second Day Air: Additional charges (to the Standard Delivery Charge) per shipping address apply. Not available on Saturdays. Estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days.

To HI, AKonly Second Day Air Items that require Overnight Delivery cannot be shipped.
To PR and USVI Additional charges (to the Standard Delivery Charge) per shipping address apply. Not available on Saturdays. Only available shipping method is Second Day Air Items that require Overnight Delivery cannot be shipped.

Saturday Delivery: Additional charges (to the Standard Delivery Charge) per shipping address apply. Orders must be received by Friday at 11 AM Pacific Time. Check with customer service for availability of merchandise. Must ship to a residence or business which is open on Saturdays. Some locations do not have Saturday Delivery available.

There is no Sunday Delivery Service

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
We treat multiple shipping addresses as separate orders.

Bad Address Charge:
We charge $15.00 per address correction if a bad address or zip code is supplied.

Large, bulky and oversized items are subject to additional shipping charges. (includes but not limited to; some retro radios / turntables and other antique reproductions) These charges will be added to your total and an email will be sent for your approval. Please check with customer support if you have any questions.

Gift Messages
Please let us know via email or telephone if you would like us to include a brief message with your gift. Please note that we are not always able to include a gift card & message with your order. When this is not possible we try to let you know by email.


Please call Customer Service to receive a quote for any corporate gift requirements as well as wholesale pricing. (You must qualify as a reseller for wholesale pricing and minimum order quantities may apply).
