Our Return Policy
If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any merchandise in its original condition directly to us within 30 days of the date of shipment of the goods for a merchandise refund. Shipping costs to and from us are not refundable. Items that qualified for free shipping promotions will incur a deduction for shipping and handling. A Restocking Fee (5%-25% of merchandise total - to cover the cost of receiving, inspecting, testing & repacking your item) will be deducted from your refund. Please save all boxes and packing materials pending resolution. We cannot accept any returns without a Return Authorization "RAN" (this includes items refused by you at time of delivery) so please do not return any merchandise without the prior authorization (written or via email) from our Customer Service Department.(Refunds will not be issued for unauthorized returns).
Returned items must be in their original box, including original shipping carton and inserts, with original accessories, packaging, manuals and registration card in undamaged, clean and brand-new condition. Product that is returned incomplete, damaged, or has been used -- if accepted -- will require a deduction. This deduction is final. Subsequent return of missing items will not reverse the deduction. Computer software, video games, audio CDs, VHS and DVD videos are returnable only if unopened.

To return any product, please email to support@bestinhome.com and request a “Return Authorization Number (RAN)” Please be sure to include: the name of the person who purchased the item, the original order ID, date of order, item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Please inspect your merchandise for any breakage that may have resulted in transport. Claims for damages caused by the carrier must be reported to and taken up directly with the carrier. We strongly recommend that you keep the original shipping boxes and related packing materials until the claim is resolved. We will gladly assist you with any claims against the carrier.
Special orders, including, but not limited to; Jukeboxes, character statues 3feet or larger, may not be returned - except for errors caused by us.
Refunds are paid in same manner as original method of payment.
Please note that once we have processed your order we cannot accept cancellations.

We do not share the information gathered through this web site or by phone with any 3rd party without your express consent. In fact, our system is so secure, we don't even have access to your credit card number nor the expiration date.
